Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive with demonstrated success in lead generation for the US market, specifically within the analytics and data consulting domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching, identifying, and qualifying potential prospects, and building a robust pipeline for the sales team. This is a critical role that blends strategic research, tool-based prospecting, and communication skills to generate high-quality leads and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients in the US analytics and consulting space
  • Build targeted prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Apollo.io, etc.
  • Design and execute outreach campaigns, including personalized email sequences and follow-ups
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule introductory meetings for the sales team
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and outreach strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and lead data in the CRM
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B lead generation or business development, with at least 2 years focused on the US analytics/consulting market
  • Hands-on experience with prospecting tools such as Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Apollo.io, etc.
  • Strong understanding of the analytics and data consulting landscape
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)

  • Experience working in a startup or fast-growth environment
  • Familiarity with analytics services, data platforms, or SaaS-based solutions
